1、 “cost” means all expenditure properly incurred or to be incurred, whether on or off the Site, including overhead and other charges properly allocable thereto but does not include any allowance for profit.

“費(fèi)用”指在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)以外已發(fā)生的或?qū)⒁l(fā)生的所有正當(dāng)支出，包括管理費(fèi)及應(yīng)合理分支的其它費(fèi)用，但不包括任何允許的利潤(rùn)。

2、“day” means calendar day.

“日”指歷法日。

3、 “foreign currency” means a currency of a country other than that in which the Works are to be located.

“外幣”指工程所在國(guó)之外的任一國(guó)家的貨幣。

4、“writing” means any hand-written, type-written, or printed communication, including telex, cable and facsimile transmission.

“書面信息”指任何手寫、打字或印刷的通訊函件，包括電傳、電報(bào)和傳真。

5、The headings and marginal notes in these Conditions shall not be deemed part thereof or be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction thereof or of the Contract.

本條款中的標(biāo)題和旁注不應(yīng)視為合同本文的一部分，在對(duì)合同條款或合同本身的解釋或構(gòu)詞中也不應(yīng)考慮這些標(biāo)題和旁注。

6、Words importing persons or parties shall include firms and corporations and any organisation having legal capacity.

凡指當(dāng)事人或當(dāng)事方的詞，應(yīng)包括公司、企業(yè)及具備法人資格的任何組織。

7、Words importing the singular only also include the plural and vice versa where the context requires.

僅表明單數(shù)形式的詞也包括復(fù)數(shù)含義，視上下文而定，反之亦然。
